Staff is super nice. Checkin was easy. But the entryway, parking lot, essentially the grounds are in need of a good cleaning. The room itself needs a good cleaning. There was a very offensive odor in the hallways. I was afraid to walk barefoot in the unit. There are a lot of laborers staying at this hotel and it shows because they come in and out with dirty shoes etc. I’m not putting the laborers down but they should probably be put in a separate section. There was some very nice guys playing their harmonica that could be heard many rooms away. It was nice but no one should be allowed to play an instrument in their hotel room.
I am a retired airline employee so I have seen and spent too many nights in hotels. I have noticed that Fairfield and Embassy Suites in a steady decline of cleanliness both exterior grounds and the rooms.

Very outdated. Air conditioner was extremely noisy . Carpet in room felt wet. No flat surface in bathroom . Used ironing board to put clean clothes on

All the staff was so nice and friendly going out of the way to help you my hands was full once and the staff even pushed the buttons for me
