Design of the unit was great.
The floors were dirty-we noted it after we were walking bare feet and our soles became black.They finally washed the floors on Wednesday, Oct. 23rd Telephone -no dial tone-they replaced it on Oct.24th.Some electrical outlets did not work. Dishwasher not working properly,serviceman came on Sunday Oct.27th at 6:57 PM so we declined the service as we were resting at that time. no cleaning service.I was told I had to pay to get the room cleaned and linens changed even if we stayed for 2 weeks.I showed them the services they offered and cleaning the room was part of it and I was told They emailed me about the change but did not see it when I checked my email at home.They gave me a floor mop and they made sure i had a broom and dustpan.No hot water at times- reported almost daily during our first week.Jenna was very helpful though I realize she can only do so much.They did give me the supplies when I needed them replaced.

I would have gave all 5 stars. Except for the uncomfort sleeping. The third bed which is a sofa bed is in need of a new one. The frame rusty mattress wore out they don’t provide pillows or a blanket. I reported to the maintenance and he come to replace the mattress the day we check out. It’s a really nice hotel but need some upgrades on furniture

We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo. It was surprisingly spacious compared to other resorts I have stayed at Myrtle.
The amenities were perfect to enjoy & make
memories with my 2 yr old granddaughter. Grounds were beautifully kept. Location perfect for walking boardwalk or street side, for just a stroll, shopping or dining. Parking garage, you park on your floor, up to the 10th floor, so no walking across the street for parking. Also we saw security daily, which was nice to keep the grounds and pool area safe. Adults could enjoy the amenities as well, no rowdiness and rough housing from the kiddos allowed! We will be back 2025, with a larger group, so reserving a 3 bedroom condo, can’t wait. Thank you Camelot by the Sea for a memorable stay!

The property was very clean and the room was in the best condition, very clean, close to shops and restaurants. I also like being able to leave my room and my car was nearby. The only dislike is that the garage was a little tight maneuvering around....several times, I had to back up for another vehicle to get by....
The front desk had great customer service and very informative.

We would return again. Our unit was great. Ocean view, full kitchen, small table to eat and small sofa. Good for families. Easy beach access and multiple pools. Also they had security there in the parking garage and near the pools. Unfortunately we stayed during a tropical storm so outdoor pools were closed.

There was a lot of garbage around the pool facilities and bathroom needed a lot of TLC. Staff, however, was great.
