Design of the unit was great. The floors were dirty-we noted it after we were walking bare feet and our soles became black.They finally washed the floors on Wednesday, Oct. 23rd Telephone -no dial tone-they replaced it on Oct.24th.Some electrical outlets did not work. Dishwasher not working properly,serviceman came on Sunday Oct.27th at 6:57 PM so we declined the service as we were resting at that time. no cleaning service.I was told I had to pay to get the room cleaned and linens changed even if we stayed for 2 weeks.I showed them the services they offered and cleaning the room was part of it and I was told They emailed me about the change but did not see it when I checked my email at home.They gave me a floor mop and they made sure i had a broom and dustpan.No hot water at times- reported almost daily during our first week.Jenna was very helpful though I realize she can only do so much.They did give me the supplies when I needed them replaced.

We arrived early at 1130 and front desk said they would get us in asap. Check in is at 4pm. 345 we we told by a rude woman that check in starts when they are done cleaning and housekeeping was currently in our room. 4pm is just a number. this was told to many others as well, left just in limbo.We were told they would call us, 430 we went back and room was ready, no call and woman was rude again. We were told rooms were individually owned, so I am not 100% how this works. Our room was clean, and looked nice. However we realized quickly it needed a lot of maintenance. Safe did not work, shower flooded the bathroom every time, TV's were old, remotes did not work. Bathroom was dingy, and there was absolutely no beach cups, beach towels, etc. There was security walking around, but people were smoking weed from their balconies. The hotel stated it had 2 bars in their add, pool bar and a separate lounge/bar. Not true, only pool bar and it was not open Mon/Tue when were there. The area around the hotel was good, restaurant across the street was fantastic Lulu's. Also the Water Station was incredible for food, so good restaurants around to eat in walking close distance. The overall quality was just ok. The beach area was nice and close. so that was probably the highlight. We would not stay again.

We had the best stay and will now book at the Camelot every time we come to the beach. View was 100000/10. I felt safe as a mom with two kids under 10. Pools were amazing. Kids had the best time and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

I would have gave all 5 stars. Except for the uncomfort sleeping. The third bed which is a sofa bed is in need of a new one. The frame rusty mattress wore out they don’t provide pillows or a blanket. I reported to the maintenance and he come to replace the mattress the day we check out. It’s a really nice hotel but need some upgrades on furniture
