"Good location if you don’t mind taking the bus into Chora or walking down to the beach. My recommendation is to rent an ATV if you stay here. Incredible view and the employees were very kind. My only complaints would be that the bathroom smelt like sewage from time to time, probably a plumbing issue. And they also hit you with a €3 a day charge at the end of your stay. 4/5"

"We book the Helios house, it was actually quite cozy inside and a very interesting interior layout design, Maria the person we were in contact with was very friendly and very responsive to requests and made a lot of things easy during our stay. Also a shoutout to one of the staff John for carrying our luggage in the literal pitch darkness."

"Where do we start. I would recommend full heartedly anyone who is traveling to Santorini to stay at this property. Aside from the spectacular view, the service was exceptional. Especially our guide Mr. Chrisovalandis. Our flight got delayed, however Chris offered us an extended stay due to this which was extremely kind and helpful to us. "My family and I loved our stay here. Absolutely perfect location for breathtaking views slightly away from the bustle of Oia. 15 min walk to Oia. Across the street from city bus stop to Fira. Room was super clean. Delicious breakfast delivered to our terrace every morning. Pool was large and refreshing. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Highly recommended!!!"

"where do I start? this place is absolute perfection for a magical holiday in Santorini. it is better than advertised the photos don't do it justice. I started every morning on the terrace ended each evening on the terrace. the views are breathtaking those built in lounges were so comfortable. there was so much room inside for us for our two grown kids. loved the two floors the separation. the breakfast served each day was amazing. and I cannot say enough about the concierge who helped...

I only wish there had been a light blanket, as the nights were cool and we would’ve loved to have still sat outside on the balcony. The hot tub was a great addition, though the temp was not hot enough to enjoy it at night. We loved our stay."

Dream vacation!

"Dream come true. Beautiful location right by the bus stand. Very central and has an excellent caldera view. Five minutes walk to the blue domes. Around 10 minutes walk to the old castle. Can actually view the sunset from below rather than going all the way to the castle. Excellent staff. Breakfast is limited but of very good quality. We went in the winter when everything was pretty much closed. Hungry donkey and Lotza are the only food restaurants open, both are very decent quality. There is also a bakery, which is open from 6 AM to 6 PM. Finally, there is a general store behind the bus stand, which is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Room service is excellent and done without you even noticing. Hot tub has an excellent view of the Caldera and the sea. Overall, we are very glad which was this hotel."

"The villa is perfectly positioned in an amazing location to view the sunsets and the sunrises from the patio chairs without the crowds. Even the views from the windows of the landscape and the sea are breath taking. The “cave” we stayed in was very spacious and well appointed. We relaxed with some Netflix before sleep. Easily accommodates 4 persons but we were 2. A fantastic kitchen with everything needed to cook but we are out at the recommended restaurants which were delicious. The staff were exceptionally helpful. It is best to use their advice, transfers to and from the airport, and their tours for the best pricing and the safest rides. Elvis and Yannis were lifesavers and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. They work very hard and expertly to give you the best experience. "
