"Lovely clean and fresh rooms. Needs some maintenance in bathroom. But overall great place and service. "

"Rooms were not clean and dusty. The second day, we left the room in the morning and came back late afternoon and the cleaning was don’t done. We phoned them and they told us that they didn’t have the second key to go clean. The indoor pool was smelly and not clean and they didn’t have any towels. The chech in wasn’t only at 4 pmand check out at 10. Coming from far with 2 kids I ask a earlier check in that they accept. They did instead the check in at 2pm."

"We had previously stayed a few times at the hotel, which was fantastic, but the villas are now our new favourite. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the natural fynbos and the bay were absolutely unmatched, making for a truly breathtaking and peaceful stay. Highly recommend!"

"Overall the property was what we expected. Ideal for two persons, doing local daytrips. Basic, safe, clean with a small kitchen, equipped for 2 persons. Clean linen and a comfortable double bed. Typical the apartments one would find in Europe. We did not use the loose blanket on the bed, but it is in need of a wash."

"Misrepresentation of the view was very disappointing, the unit we were allocated has no view at all but no mention of this was made. Also there is waterleak at the bath on the first floor and drips through the ceiling into the kitchen. "

"OUR ROOM WINDOW WAS ABOUT 5 METRES AWAY FROM MAIN GATE. FROM 5 AM IN THE MORNING , TILL AFTER 12PM AT NIGHT THAT GATE OPEN AND CLOSES WITH A MASSIVE NOICE. NO REST WHAT SO EVER. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. NO SERVICE IN 7 DAYS . TOWELS ONE PER PERSON AND NO HAIRDRYER OR POOL TOWELS. DONT THINK I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF ITS FOR A HOLIDAY, AND YOU WANT TO REST . BUSINESS TRIP WILL MAYBE A DIFFERENT STORY. PARKING WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE PERMANENT RESIDENTS . BODYCORPORATE WANTED TO CLAMP OUR WHEELS...

"When I checked in I was told that the security deposit would be returned to me via check. I advised that I am from out of the country and needed it credited back to my credit card. They told me ok, they would not charge the card. But they did so immediately. During our stay we broke 2 of their paper-thin glasses. They then told me there were stains on the carpet. There were NO spills during our stay. One glass broke during washing dishes and the other on the patio outside. The pictures of the...

a great place to relax round the pool

"friendly efficient check in, lovely room with fab sea view, efficient A/C which heated when necessary. had originally booked one night but so enjoyed myself ended up staying for three. property well maintained and small pool had enough shade to make relaxing and reading a book enjoyable. food in restaurant excellent and reasonably priced. thoroughly recommended "

Beautiful place well worth a visit

"Beautiful apartment. Very comfortable bed and living area was spot on. We were here as a couple but also a works trip and the location was perfect for both. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful service. Staff could not do enough to help us and make our stay perfect. This place is about 2 minutes walk from the beach and there are several nearby as well as small shops bars s and great restaurants Will definitely return if we get the chance. "

"Such a beautiful location and the hotel could do so much better. Disappointing as the windows in the room were dirty so it ruined the beautiful view. Bathroom ceiling had a hole and sheets had stains. The outside and lounge areas are lovely. "
