The views from this hotel were excellent & there was a back walking path to the beach. Very convenient & beautiful. The staff was very friendly and provided us with all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again on my next trip to Mykonos.

Erato is a beautiful property, it’s quiet and away from the noise of the city center, but accessible by taxi or bus. The windmills were very close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The range for all our transportation. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Overall, our day was very comfortable and safe and fun.

Erato Hotel exceeded our expectations from the great breakfast, to the friendly staff, and the welcoming environment. The location was excellent, a few steps aways from Ornos beach and the closest bus stop.

The place itself was beautiful and I truly loved the stay — but the transportation experience was a nightmare I’ll never forget. The driver was aggressive from the start, and it escalated to the point where he actually threatened to kill me! All because his directions weren't taking me to where I told him to go. I do not know this country so therefore when I say where I need to go, the transportation should know here to go! I was terrified and felt completely unsafe, trapped in a situation no guest should ever be in. It’s horrifying to think that what should have been a wonderful trip turned into something so traumatic because of the transportation. The stay was amazing, but the safety issue was beyond unacceptable.

Extremely small rooms and highly unprofessional management. The rooms are so tiny you can’t even open more than two pieces of luggage at once. When you leave for the day, they turn off the AC, causing the room to develop a damp, unpleasant smell from humidity and condensation. The front desk staff are dishonest about everything—from making coffee to the actual duration of the airport transfer. While we were out, the manager (who claimed to be the owner) entered our room without permission and moved all our belongings—including clothes, a purse, and other personal items—into the lobby. This place is a complete disaster. Stay here only if you’re looking for a real-life challenge, not a vacation. Only one stuff member (name D.) was supportive trying to help

Wow! What a gem of a hotel! Brilliant!

This is the best hitel we have stayed at in Greece. Maria and the team are fantastic from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautiful as is the view across the bay and the breakfast is the best again! We had an amazing stay and will definitely recommend to others. Do not pass this gem of a hotel up if staying in Mykonos

Beautiful property, can see the ocean from it. Daily breakfast is great. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach and to the bus stop, only 15 minutes by bus to the town centre. The staff are really helpful to plan things to do depending on weather and helped us organize a car for a good price. 24 hour reception makes you feel safe. Highly recommend.

This property is amazing. Great location on the beach. Convenient for transport and close to great dining and fun options. The staff is unbelievably nice, helpful, and friendly. Aleksandra, the receptionist, is one of the nicest, friendliest, helpful people we met on the island. She is an absolute delight. She gave great local tips what to do and they were all perfect. From the moment I arrived, the Erato Hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating. They provided great information about transportation and restaurants around the area. The location of the hotel is perfect; it is a short walk to Ornos Beach (1 min walk), and to the bus stop where it can take you to Mykonos town (10 min drive) where all the main shopping and restaurants are located. You can also take a water taxi from Ornos beach to the other beaches around the island! The breakfast that was included every morning was amazing and the rooms were really spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is staying in Mykonos.
