Nice on surface but…

The reception was very good, but the room, while very large, was shabby. Both desk chars were broken - one with completely broken legs. Bathroom features were worn and hot water was not working. Using a computer desk was awful. Not helpful for business stays. Noted many refurbishments being done.

Room was ok, bed was rock hard and the bathroom looked like it was still under construction. Only amenity provided was a small single bar of soap, the toilet was jammed in a corner making it difficult to even access, and tv struggled to even show a movie.

Possible potential

Beautiful hotel but needs so much more to be considered 3 stars. Atmosphere is great, pool wonderful, rooms are spacious. Sundries are severely lacking, beds are uncomfortable, and food quality is below average. Its a little ways away from the markets and shops but its quiet and relaxing.

I was supposed to stay here, but didn't it make it due to my flight. However, the hotel still charged me - but nearly triple the agreed to price. Be very careful with this hotel to avoid being defrauded

Dear Randy, I'm so sorry to read of what you had faced. Being that you had booked through expedia/ hotels.com all the changes you wish to make to the booking is to be done through them. For the same the the charges done were all done by the extranet.
