Nice and comfortable
Posted 28 Feb 2023 on HotelsGreat location and a very nice hotel, a little expensive but the room was nice and the bed was soft and comfortable.
Restaurant had a great menu with good food though the breakfast was mostly local and not what we're use to from North America. But you can always have an omelet and bacon.
A little disappointed there was no fridge in the room, would have been nice to have some cool water and the tv signal was spotty and a bad picture but you could still watch a movie.
I will stay again but only for short stays because of the cost.

Location is very nice in middle down. Staff were supportive. If given a lower floor room a lot of traffic noise specially in the morning. Overall hotel is very good

Posted 13 Aug 2019 on HotelsMy experience was not so good, services are a bit poor, no towels, bedsheets are very old and neighborhood very noisy.
Some staff are friendly, some not at all.

Checking in was disappointing. I was told my booking was cancelled then Expedia has not notified them. I was only accommodated when I insisted, provided proof of booking and insisted on evidence of refund.
