From the moment we checked in they were sincerely concerned about our happiness and were at once helpful and unforgettably sweet. The rooms are pristine with beautiful bathrooms. The restaurant offered friendly, elegant service with an amazing staff and amazing food. There are many elegant smaller hotels like the Niza all over Europe, but this is one I look forward in staying in on a future visit if just to be treated so specially by Itziar and Irene— memorably wonderful people."
