The room fridge was not clean, safe was looked and called to open, no one came in time. There was a scale in the room.that doea not work. The flash light was leaking battary fluid. The sink had mold

Close to the mall, the hotel is in need of some TLC, however the room was clean, neat, comfortable and a good size. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Bad Wallpaper room 418 is peeling 2 it may have grand lobby alike but the rooms are the opposite 3. personal locker in room 418. not working. 4. carpet abit smelly 5. lack of handtowels 6. tv is small versus the room size wall. 7. old hotels. 8. lift lobby alittle smelly The Good. 1. close to ikea 2. quiet area

We enjoyed staying in the spacious room with a good view. The best part is the walkway from hotel to the Mutiara Damansara Metro station which is the Metro leading to Central station and all the major shopping centres We loved swimming in the infinity pool and watching the views from there.

The room needs updating, bedside lamp was all broken, upholstery on the furniture was old and torn. Paint on the front door was all old and patchy, this hotel has the potential to be so good but it’s just so outdated. Staff are all friendly.
