"Great place to stay for families, excellent facilities and very clean, had no issues and kids loved it. It has all the facilities of a 5 star spa and with authentic experience of a Cave hotel. The restaurant staff were always very helpful and even treated us with a Kunefe. Excellent spa hotel and we will come back if we are in Cappadocia. "On arrival, the host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. He offered us an immediate free upgrade and he showed us the entire property. He also gave us recommendations for local touring and invited us to park in front of his hotel. The property was authentic and lovely a good quiet place just a couple minutes drive from the main city attraction and very affordable for budget conscious people. The breakfast was quality and tasteful, and the service at the restaurant was lovely"

Kahvaltı biraz daha zenginleştirilebilir. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bizimle ilgilenen Mehmet Kaya ağabeyimiz çok nazik ve kibar birisi. Resepsiyon gece gündüz 3 dakikada isteğinizi yerine getiriyor. Odanıza çay kahve su ikramları mevcut. Gayet ilgililer. Bir sonraki Ürgüp yolculuğumda tereddüt etmeden bu oteli...

"To start with the name outside the Hotel is not Aladino Cave Suites, but something else. This should have been my first alarm bell. The room we had booked was not offered to us. My friend and I were offered a double bed with no window, when we had booked a suite with 2 beds and a window. The hotel manager and his partner were lovely people and very kind. They gave us wine and cheese and we thought everything would be ok. When we eventually got to a room my friend had the tiniest cot. The room...
