"Great place to stay for families, excellent facilities and very clean, had no issues and kids loved it. It has all the facilities of a 5 star spa and with authentic experience of a Cave hotel. The restaurant staff were always very helpful and even treated us with a Kunefe. Excellent spa hotel and we will come back if we are in Cappadocia. "Odalar mağara ve taş tipi olduğu için oldukça serin. Sağolsunlar ısıtıcı istedik bir tane yetmedi iki tane verdiler. Odaların ve otelin tozu günlük alınırsa daha hijyenik olur. Kahvaltı biraz daha zenginleştirilebilir. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bizimle ilgilenen Mehmet Kaya ağabeyimiz çok nazik ve kibar birisi. Resepsiyon gece gündüz 3 dakikada isteğinizi yerine getiriyor. Odanıza çay kahve su ikramları mevcut. Gayet ilgililer. Bir sonraki Ürgüp yolculuğumda tereddüt etmeden bu oteli...

"The hotel is situated in a lovely little town which is peaceful and full of things to see. Our stay at Helios cave hotel was a wonderful experience, the rooms are truly magical and the staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend. "

"We stayed one night in this hotel and we liked a lot. The room was beautiful and clean and in excellent condition. The staff was ver kind. The hotel is owned by a family of three. Ehran, the son, was the person we were in touch with, he was very helpful and responsive all the time through WhatsApp. Even when the hotel is not located in Goreme, where most of the restaurants and coffee places are, it is very easy to get there from the hotel with public transportation. Ehran would explain you how....

"We checked in and left after paying in advance how they expect anybody to stay in minus night temperatures with heating that is barely warm is beyond me a total rip off. I spoke to the manager who was offsite and explained the heating was defective and was told I had booked in early and had to wait for the radiator to warm up,this was never going to happen so I decided to leave as we both were feeling under the weather and just wanted a warm room for the night.I will never pay in advance again...

Kaldığımız oda 2 bölümden oluşuyor. Oturma ve yatak odası olarak. Banyo tuvalet gayet temizdi. Tek sıkıntı; duş kısmındaki gider eğimi yanlış. Su başka yerlerde birikiyor. Yatak çok rahattı.
