The staff was really friendly, the pools are amazing and they have motorbikes that you can rent on sight which was great. The only disappointment was that the bungalow I originally rented had broken A/C so I was put into a treehouse type bungalow, which was fine and actually kind of neat.. But it also seemed like a bit of a down grade because there was no mini fridge and the bathroom was in the entryway down a flight of stairs and not as nice/clean as the original bungalow’s. But overall my stay was really good, and the staff was really accomodating, I’d definitely stay here again!

Very good hotel

We stayed here for our wedding and they were extremely accommodating and exceptionally helpful with any and every request! They even made me and my wife a cake! I HIGHLY recommend staying at the nichos!!!!!

I thought the room was dark. Not much light. Staff was very friendly a bit too friendly, I like my space and don’t need to be checked on all the time.

Dont stay here

Pros: its on a beautiful island
Cons: communication skills, enforcement of no noise rules, customer care, maintenance issues - everything really
Location: didnt get to see much in the 1 terrible afternoon/evening we were there.
We arrived on the first day to find our shower leaking which flooded the floor of our room, we went to find a member of staff to advise but no-one was around reception was closed. That evening there were a large of people having a party around the pool until after 1am being very noisy and drunk, again no staff to enforce the no noise rules.
In the morning i waited in reception from 8am to 10am the next morning to discuss the issues with a member of staff. There was no english speaking person there to assist.
We checked out and only after 6 weeks of chasing Expedia did we get any amount of a refund. Expedia have claimed that they havent been able to contact the hotel. This has been over 6 weeks and i never received a reply back from the original email sent to the hotel manager the night of the noise.

Posted 4 Apr 2018Individual huts r nice, aircon but no ceiling fans.
No kettle no hairdryer.
The entrance to the huts is to the open style bathroom where there’s no light switches and sockets, before climbing the stairs to the bedroom.
2 pools, no restaurant.
Breakfast is very basic.
The staff is lovely and trying, but the place needs a proper management and a kitchen that is not a health hazard.
