Very nice hotel. We had a problem in the room and it was dealt with immediately by the excellent staff. Would highly recommend. Good location to get around the city. Close to some of the main museums. Very close to tram and bus stops. 5 mins walk to nearest Metro. Highly recommended.

Im so happy I decided to pick this property for our 1st stay in Amsterdam! The staff was amazing.Knowledgeable, attentive, and super helpful. We will return and most likely this will be the hotel we choose

The windows in our room were unable to stop the majority of external noise disturbing our stay with frequent nighttime disruption.
Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

The staff and breakfast menu was superb. I would def stay in again.
There was a bad smell coming from the carpet near our room.

Overall a nice boutique hotel. The bathrooms in the rooms are very very small, but everything else was quite good. Service was outstanding.

Great hotel in a nice quiet location with fabulous transport options nearby. Lovely little room, comfy and everything i needed. Very nice buffet breakfast and polite and friendly reception staff. High recommend this hotel.
