Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is located right next to museums and the area is very walkable. The property is also within minutes of public transportation.

Great location a short walk away from the main areas. Staff were really friendly. The capsules were actually bigger than we expected which was a bonus. We would stay there again.

It was very quiet - guests were respectful and I didn’t hear anything from inside the pod (although they aren’t sound proof). Before staying I was concerned with privacy, but the toilets were individual rooms with doors, the showers as well, and both were pretty clean. The pod itself was fairly clean but a decorative pillow placed on the bed was evidently not cleaned regularly. It had hair on it. If you are backpacking and want to meet people, this is not the place. The common areas were not used very much, I didn’t meet anyone. Front desk staff were kind and knowledgeable
