"This is a majestic old (but updated) hotel with excellent service. They gave us a tour of the facility and explained all the available services. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were all included in the price of the room. They even upgraded our room to ocean view! What incredible service at an incredible hotel. "

"I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! "I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. I visited in July, and there were live bands and even an all male choir performing in various spots. Lots of good food, very pretty, and close to the river. If you want African or Moraccan food, go across the river to the neighbourhood around the train station. "
