The check-ins process need an improvement because if you pre check customer arrived early they shouldn't have to wait again when it time to check in that's what happened in my case. "Truly excellent hotel in the quieter bit of Dubai. Intensely calming and peaceful rooms that were beautifully designed in a modern traditional style and spotlessly clean. Exceptionally friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The place is hard to find - ask taxis to drop you at the Ministry of Finance parking and walk ahead to the water’s the creek, turn left and the hotel is right there. Exceptional food too. Really highly recommend."

"The staff are all polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is varied and tasty. Our room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. An enclosed shower with hot water appreciated.
