Posted 2 Mar 2020 on HotelsVery basic hotel. The staff are friendly enough, and the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. They only clean the room (which could do with some TLC) on request. Very annoying/inadequate shower.

Needed more basic furniture, like: Jacket Hanger, Shelfs for storing trip stuff, reading lamp at cabinet beside bed. The current furniture was damaged: some drawers were missing handles. The bed was fine, comfy. Sheets were cleaned, but not impressive. The kitchen did the job, but needed more repairing, even though I didn't use it that much, still It needs fixing for log term staying. The lighting was not so good, personal preference. The space was very big, and more than enough for two people, but clothes cabinet needs to be bigger, if the room is used by couple. The bathroom was missing small things, like hand-soap, slippers (flip-flops), but functional.

It was awful property, so much noise very dirty, the staff specially manager was so so rude, the was disgusting smells on the room, in general was my worst experience I got 3 days and I stayed just 3 hours.

Small kitchen not functioning, not running water, no equipment for any cooking, kitchen can not be used at all
For price is good, bedroom nice.

The location of the Hotel was close to the area we were looking at visiting. The price is very reasonable compared to some of the other hotels. Many dining options available, a close walk to The Waves precinct.
Many rooms also have access to a common spacious lounge area (2 rooms per lounge room) which was great as I was able to sit there to walk without being crammed in a room.
The staff were all very friendly, attentive, helpful and did their best to fulfill any request we had. Service with a smile, will definitely stay here again when back in Muscat

Horrible, fuyez à tout prix

Chambre : vetuste au possible, decoration gorrible, papier déchiré, fenetre qui ne ferme pas du tout, on entend de maniere insupportable la route en double voies tres frequentee. Fenêtres par lesquelles on ne voit pas tellement elles sont sales.
Lit : correct.
Pas de serviettes ni de papier toilette.
Jai du demander a changer 3 fois de chambre pour en avoir une avec une fenêtre qui ferme à peu pres.
Lamentable pour un prix qui n'est pas des moins chers. Honteux. Cesont juste des ancines appartements réhabilités en hôtel pour faire du fric, mais sans aucun travaux.

Posted 11 Dec 2021 on Hotelsالفندق قريب من الموج و تحته مطعم بريستا و كافيه و الغرفه داخل شقه تتكون من غرفتين و صاله مشتركه و الاصوات في الصاله تدخل للغرفه، الغرفه نظيفه و لكن الشراشف يبدو أنها مستهلكه كثيرا و تحتاج الى تبديل ، الحمام نظيف يتوفر به الشامبو الصابون.
