Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat was exceptional. The staff were consistently welcoming, accommodating, and helpful to all guests, which made a huge difference. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with the 24-hour pool and beachfront access being a particularly welcome addition to avoid the daytime heat. Breakfast options were fantastic, with really attentive staff. The location was ideal—close to the airport and easy to access. We were especially grateful for the room upgrade and early check-in. Thank you, Kempinski, for a memorable stay! See you again next time…..

This is a great hotel, but after staying there for one week, they charged us one extra night for not checking out in time. They have also charged us twice for a taxi. We have contacted them for returning, but no response yet.

Our first time visiting Oman Muscat, what a place. Absolutely stunning. Kempinski hotel, what can i say wow! The hotel was amazing throughout, staff are very welcoming and friendly and everything about it we had an amazing stay and will definitely be back in the near future. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. 10/10

What a wonderful property with amazing staff! Had a great time enjoying all the amenities and facilities there. 2 great pools and perfect location right next to the beach to enjoy a sunset beverage. Hotel is in close proximity to the airport and a newer marina area with plenty of dining options as well so can highly recommend!
