The staff were 10/10 , welcoming , helpful and a service with a smile.
rooms were clean and spacious!
Dining opeions and coffee options need working on.
Over all a nice stay.

Very nice hotel, service needs addressed. Incredibly slow on all fronts, check in, bar is very slow at taking food orders. Quick bites is anything but quick..
