The carpeted hallway near my room was gross. Not only very stained but looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Overall the hotel was not well maintained and felt dirty. There was also terrible road noise and hard to sleep because of it.

The parking lot and road into the hotel area were very rough and unwelcoming. The landscaping is obviously not a priority.

The employee at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating when I expressed my concern. The room was filthy and I believe had bed bugs, I didn't stay so I can't say for sure. The hotel smelled and was very rundown. I requested a refund and did not stay.

This place needs a COMPLETE overhaul. It is extremely outdated, in disrepair, dirty and SMELLS awful. The only reason I'm not giving it a 1 start is because I've actually seen a hotel worse then this, once. If you are someone who likes a CLEAN, fresh smelling, comfortable hotel this is NOT the place. The front desk staff was ok & the bed was decently comfy. Everything else was less than desirable. We would never stay here again unless completely revamped. We did check the beds and did not see any bed bugs as others mentioned. As an additional heads up if you get the TWO ROOM SUITE like we did ONLY 1 of the ROOMS HAS A DOOR which was very problematic for us as two families staying in the suite.
