You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 199 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 October - 14 May, EUR 2.60 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.70 per night for guests aged 7-16 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 7 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 May - 14 October, EUR 3.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 2.00 per night for guests aged 7-16 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 7 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately EUR 18.50 for adults and EUR 14.50 for children
• Pet fee: EUR 25 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 35 for check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight
• Late check-out fee: EUR 50 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and varies based on length of stay and unit size
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 35.0 per night
