This is the first time I have ever written a review of a property but feel compelled to let everyone know not to stay here. The staff and people are great. However, the room was filled with 3 different types of bugs / flies. Must have killed 30 over the course of 2 nights. Completely unacceptable and will never return back to this place.

This properties has the nicest view set in a medival village and the staff is great. I would stay there again and take more time to enjoy the hotel.

The property is lovely and grand. Great views and space around the pool. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel needs a renovation but everything was clean and working. We golfed and enjoyed ourselves. It was very beautiful place to spend a couple days.

Air conditioning did not work. We had to change a couple of rooms to get better service. Refrigerators in all rooms did not work, and it took some time to fix it. The Internet did not work and we had to wait for a couple of days, while they were working on restoring it.

Really pleased with the quality of service from the staff at all times. 5 stars all around. We had to make cancellations for our wine tasting we booked, the hotel made a great recommendation which we really enjoyed. The hotel accommodated all of our requests promptly. We also had a misunderstanding with the local taxi company, but the hotel were happy to help and mediate the problem. They also sent us a lovely note and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused for the misunderstanding. Amazing hotel in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast and Dinner in the Hotel Restaurant was great too.
