Positives: We stayed in a mobile home, which was spacious and well-appointed, with two bathrooms and quality crockery and cutlery. What we appreciated most was the privacy—mobile homes are spaced out nicely, so you don’t feel crowded by your neighbors. It was perfect for a relaxing stay. "Bei der Ankunft im ersten Arpartment haben wir festgestellt das Ameisen in der kompletten Küche waren. Dies war in den darauffolgenden 2 Arpartments noch schlimmer. Außerdem entsprachen die Zimmer nicht annähernd den Bilder im Angebot. Nach einem 1 Stündigem Telefonat mit der Managerin haben wir dann in eine andere Anlage gewechselt wo wir nochmal 130€ mehr bezahlen mussten. "

"Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . We are planning to come back next year or definitely am very soon again. Recommend to everyone to visit. "

"It was a lovely property with beautiful views. I wish we would have had time to explore more of the area and the hotel amenities. I took off one star because we were not able to control the thermostat in our own room, which is important to me. We were told it was centrally controlled. It was very stuffy in the room but when we opened the door to the balcony to get air, any fan movement in the room stopped. Please consider letting guests control their room temperatures, especially when the weather is at least 10 degrees warmer than expected."

Einfach perfekt!

"Wir hatten eine absolut schöne Zeit in Novigrad und Umgebung über die Weihnachtsfeiertage. In dem Hotel Nautica ist alles perfekt: wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht - es wurde arrangiert, dass diese nebeneinander liegen. Die Zimmer sind gediegen und hochwertig ausgestattet. Außerdem reisten wir mit Hund an: im Zimmer war bereits ein Hundebett vorbereitet :) Mit Hund ist man in allen Bereichen des Hotels willkommen (auch Restaurant/Frühstück). Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und ist herrlich groß, dass man ordentlich schwimmen kann. Auch der Spa-/Saunabereich war wunderbar! Der super-nette und professionelle Service an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und Zimmerpfege ist auch gesondert und GANZ GROSS hervorzuheben :) Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!!!"
