Small property with the convenience of parking in front of your door and walking right into your room. Room was average size with two queen beds, really no where to put up a cot or an air bed if you had extra company. Clean room with mini fridge. Heat and Fan for air flow worked well. The biggest turn off was each bed had a child’s plastic (pee) sheet under the the main sheet that was super uncomfortable, it was on both beds. Really rule oriented place, don’t do this, don’t use that, or we will charge you. Other than feeling like we were being scrutinized it was decent for the price.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.
