Staff and service outstanding! Everything was great. Wish the bathroom had more space and washcloths were standard, but one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve had as we passed through Greece, Albania, Bosnia Herzogovenia, Croatia, Austria,Germany and Italy.

Once we found hotel and parking everything was excellent. Very friendly welcome. Very convenient for restaurants and the lake

Awesome hosts Cinzia and Nadia made us feel super welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely, clean, and cozy. Great breakfast buffet too. The location is awesome with train station, Piazza Grande, lake, etc. in easy walking distance.
