"Wonderful quiet 3 night stay, I am very happy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only two small points that I would have liked to improve during my stay: 1. The hairdryer in the room was very weak and shut down three times while I was drying my hair. 2.Hair conditioner is not provided with the shampoo. "Ely at the front desk is the best you can get in BCN. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless from booking to check out. Grocery store is a 2min walk, train station is a 10min walk, Parc Guell is also down the road. a lot of food and coffee options. Very safe to walk at night. Just a minor recommendation would be to add shelves and hooks in the bathroom so it's easier to store toiletries. "
