Great hotel and staff were absolutely the best we experienced. I would highly recommend this hotel to people staying in Münster.

The property has been recently renovated with a nice bathroom and spacious interior. The desk and reception staff were terrific however the cleaning staff ignored our sign to clean the room. The only other complaint is that the mattress on the king sized bed sloped toward the outside on both sides of the bed. This was particularly annoying when we were trying to read.

No customer service
Posted 19 Nov 2023 on HotelsVery inflexible booking policy. Does not pick up the phone or respond to emails. They charged me for changed reservation and a no show when my plans changed, but didn't issue an invoice.

Goed hotel midden in het centrum, twee parkeergarages aan de overkant, voor 18 euro per dag. Goede, schone en grote kamers. Persoonlijk vond ik het bed en kussens wat aan de zachte kant. Badkamer is prima in orde en fijn dat er een bankje en makkelijke stoelen aanwezig waren (kamer 28) zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Perfecte uitvalbasis voor stedentrip Munster. Ontbijt deden wij trouwens buiten de deur, vele bakkertjes restaurantjes in de buurt.
