The rooms were good but the outside looked outdated.

Room was very spacious! We got a last minute reservation and still got a very decent price

This is not a 4 star hotel… it’s barely a 3 star hotel… the cleaning team are trying to do their best but overall the facilities and the rooms are dated and old. The carpets are filthy in the rooms and there are cobwebs everywhere. A lot of dust on the lampshades and headboard.

I want all of my Rilano hotel cost refunded. This hotel was included/marked with Air Conditioning filter. There was no A/C and we did not sleep for 2 nights because the room was very hot. We stayed for 2 nights from August 16 in room 917. The hotel was not able to give us a room with A/C. Sleeping accomodation is the number 1 priority for a hotel to offer, especially for VIP guests

We think it's a real shame that some things didn't seem to go as they should during your stay. Although all of our rooms in the superior and suite category offer A/C we are currently not offering this room feature in our standard rooms yet. We are currently in the proccess of installing the A/C for these categories as well. However, we always offer a complementary upgrade to a superior room with A/C if the guest notifies us about having been confirmed a room with A/C. It seems that we did not get the chance to offer you this upgrade after verifying your confirmation. We apologize for the inconvenience that you had. Our top priority is to ensure that our guests feel completely at ease with us. We are really sorry that this was not the case for you. But please give us a second chance chance to show you that we can do better. We would be delighted if we could get the chance to offer you a free upgrade for your next stay, to ensure you will be in a room with A/C.
