Hotel staff was brilliant. Reception desk managed to find me a room for an early check-in during the Oktoberfest. Breakfast staff was very attentive. There are a few places to eat nearby as well as a supermarket. Tram is very close-by. Room was very clean and well decorated. Great value for money.

Booked 2 adjacent rooms with four beds. We were given one room with two beds. We were never contacted prior to let us know this was going to happen and the hotel refused a refund.

During a very hot and humid week in Berlin, the air conditioning was not working in our room, the pillows were not good quality, therefore it was very difficult to rest and relax in our room.

Nice hotel,some staff were helpful.I arrived and checked in put bag in room went down for a couple of drinks back to the room and phone charger and cable and adapter and sun glasses were missing from side of bag.Spoke to reception and said there was nothing they could do.Next day went to reception and they gave me alone of his personal charger which was very nice of him.I had to go out and buy one shouldn’t have to do this in the first place.I also asked for refund on breakfast as I checked out before breakfast time said they couldn’t give me one.
