After checking in, they had my parents stay in tower one, which was mentioned to have AirConditioning. After arriving on our floor, the hallway was already hot as an oven. The room was the same. Turned the AC on and waited for hours to cool down. Didn’t work. Plus TV was broken as well. We went down and complaint about the AC. Then they said the AC for the whole tower was broken!! What!? They just said it had AC. So we asked for a room with AC and pointed us to this “newer” tower. It was working and decided to take it. But guess what… for extra cost of course…Watch out for their “upgrade” trick.

Bland experience

At the bar I have asked for a camomile tea they tried to charge me extra (you expect a tea to be complimentary especially as I had to wait 1 hr to get my room as the whole key system was down when I arrived at the evening to check in).

Unfortunately, I had to realize that your stay, especially the first impression of our service, was not to your complete satisfaction. I am of course very sorry about this. During the main check-in times, there can unfortunately be some waiting times from time to time. In your case, we had a big problem with our room card coordination system, where we unfortunately have no other possibility to access another system, so we have to improvise quickly and use our flexibility 100%. That's why we accompanied every single guest to their room after check-in so that they could at least go to their room in peace. Please also apologize for the inconvenience regarding the statement of the bar. I will address this again in the meeting, that this should also have gone to Kolanz. I, or rather we, hope to be able to welcome you back soon so that we can show you our actual standard. Until then and of course beyond, we wish you all the best. Price of luxury hotel ,amenities of budget hotel
Posted 6 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe price we paid was too high for the amenities and facilities being provided ( don't get fooled by what shown in online portal). There was no hot water facilities in washroom considering its winter season. Even basic amenities like toiletries were missing and bedsheet wasn't change when we arrive as it was smelling bad.
