Very central location for visiting the Christmas markets. The hotel is well presented, the rooms are lovely. Staff were always helpful.

Excellent hotel but technical capacities aren’t great. No outlets or usg ports near beds. Almost impossible to get Netflix to work. Surprising problems

This is my second time staying here. It's very close to the beer hall (Hofbrauhaus), the main Christmas Market and walking to the shopping and other markets is very easy.
The valet that helped us get our luggage told me to leave the car where it was and he would park it after taking our bags to our room. I ended up getting a parking ticket ($55 Euros) but the Hotel Staff said they would speak to local law enforcement about the ticket and if necessary they would pay it since the valet told me to leave it where it was. So hope that is taken care of and I have faith that it will. The staff was great and I would stay here again. But next time the car will get parked as soon as it's unloaded LOL

Great hotel in a great location! Parking underground, walking distance to Marienplatz, and plenty to see and do. Well appointed hotel! Would definitely stay here again!
