Nice boutique hotel. Very quiet but close to the old town , also very close to public transportation .

They call the room a suite room,
the charge you like it is the Hilton suite,
and then you get a room that looks like a basement...
and the pictures on the site are fake.
They are not answering costumer E-mails.
It felt like a scam hotel.
it says it is a 4-star hotel, felt like a 2-star hotel,
If you charge prices accordingly to the room's appearance, you will not get a review like this.
Paid for 4 nights, left after 1 night...

The marble entry to the hotel was upscaled and inviting and we really enjoyed our stay. We really liked the breakfast every morning, we sat out on the back patio where it was calm and relatively warm in the mornings. They also had indoor seating in quiet areas of the main floor. Tables were covered with white linen and the settings were ventage. Excellent wait staff and coffee/tea was always refilled. You could have your eggs any way you wanted them and the fruit bowls were great. The room was a little warm, they had a Dyson fan running and we had the window open for fresh air. The bathroom was a little cramped but shower worked nicely.

We stayed for 4 nights. It was one of the best hotel experiences . Location was perfect! The staff were very courteous. Ashraf was very helpful.
The breakfast was adequate. We would stay at this hotel again without any hesitation.
Thank you again for making our stay pleasant.
