The flush was leaking, reported and then after fixing the water flow was not good.
Property was convenient to walk to and from office in Erika Mann street.
Breakfast spread was average with very less vegetarian options. For this reason I skipped 2 days even after paying for it.

I stayed for 4 nights and there was no housekeeping service for 1 night. I discovered the problem only very late in the evening after coming back to the room from an all day trip. By then it was too late to address the problem with the front desk. Only there was no body lotion available at all which is typically a basic and standard amenity offered by all hotels. The staff could also have been friendlier at checkin and checkout. My first time and last time to stay at this hotel.

Our reason for booking this hotel was the walkability to Oktoberfest. This is in a great location. We also were able to walk to the city center. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and its amenities.
