Very clean, updated and convenient property. Check in and check out were really easy and very well organized. Room was perfect. Loved the Rituals products! Breakfast was amazing! My only criticism was that the in house restaurant left a lot to be desired. We were tired and didn’t want to leave but we saw the menu and it was not appealing at all, and judging by the reviews we made the right choice to go elsewhere.

There was only a small table and no chair, which made it difficult to do work.
Main restaurant seemed to be closed, so dinner was had in the bar / lobby area of the hotel which was quite busy. Menu in Flav restaurant was limited and seemed expensive, €28 for a burger.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Our stay was excellent …would recommend the hotel to everyone. Borys, one of the managers, was amazing!! I would definitely stay there again!

Arrived at hotel earlier before normal check in. Told are room wasn't ready. Then told us accommodation was sold out Then told for an extra 60 euros we could have a room early. Then told us for the extra 60 we could only have a room with two single beds. Then said we looked like a nice tired couple and gave us the single bed room but only after trying to get us to join a prefered hotel club. Then tried to sell us two Breakfast coupons for 45 euros each. Once getting into the room a leg was broken on one of the beds !! Will never stay at a Noveltel Hotel again !!!
