Posted 12 May 2023 on HotelsClean enough, only to sleep, comfortable bed but pillows and paper thin. Ugly decor beyond belief. Reception desk understaffed yet working had to try make things happen.
In between highways between town and the Messe exposition. Ok location

There is absolutely nothing in walking distance of this hotel other than (thankfully) an Italian restaurant next door. The hotel only serves breakfast, so only had dinners at the restaurant next door. Not even a store in walking distance. Paid a very high price for a low level of service, no amenities at all (not even shampoo) due to a trade show at the Messe. Was not worth the almost 300 euro per night!

Not such a great stay
Posted 16 Nov 2022 on HotelsNo staff on reception so had 30min queue in the Ibis next door, very basic albeit clean room with no soap in the bathroom, had to use shower gel to wash hands. Breakfast was okay, quite basic, staff pleasant but not enough coffee for number of guests so I missed out on that and still cost €15 which was too expensive given what was available .

Difficult for non-English speaking travellers to navigate public transport. Perhaps a more comprehensive explanation at the hotel would be good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Mattress was comfortable but wish there was a sheet or blanket instead of just a comforter. Also the pillows were garbage.
