Staff were excellent. Helpful and available 24hrs. 400m walk from Sűdperlach station. Breakfasts were lavish, but expensive. Free sauna n gym available. Room lighting was terrible for reading.

No air con working only one lift and 40min wait at check in

Close to Train n bus station 20 min ride to centre . No supply of tissue paper n bottle of drinking water daily

Hotel facilities were shocking. Room lights, fridge, heating, plugs and the safe did not work.
