One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. Staff were fantastic - so attentive and very polite. Easy access to trams, buses and subway.

The staff is very professional and the room was clean. Unfortunately the bed was 2 twin beds pushed together. The room was amazingly tiny as was the bathroom. And the location for our purposes was in a horrid area. No real services or sights easily within walking distance. And a mental hospital next door was the icing on the cake. We left after one night and went to the Kempenski property Vier jahretsein. Since we had booked the munchen palace online with Expedia the entire 4 day booking was lost. But the Vier Jahreitsen was extraordinary.
