We had a fabulous stay at Excelsior by Giesel. The staff were friendly and very happy to assist us. The hotel amenities were excellent. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was outstanding. We would definitely stay at Excelsior by Giesel again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good quality hotel in a convenient location.

Location is great. We could walk to all the places we wanted to see and eat in Munich. Breakfast here is amazing, too. Highly recommend this hotel!

-weak/almost no WiFi
- heater was almost non existent
- I woke up with rashes after sleeping in the bed
- no VIP room upgrade
- welcome drinks - bar was always closed

Excellent and comfortable stay. Shops and Metro was in walking distance. A beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and wonderful amenities. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Convenient location...right next to Munichs main rail station. Beautiful bathroom!
