Everything was top notch. The only thing I wasn’t happy about, was the charge of 46 euros for my wife and I to eat breakfast. And there is NOTHING within walking distance

Located area iis business area not good for tourists.
There are no buses on Sunday and Hotel does not provid busses timetables for tourists.

Arrived in the evening for the weekend! Was told that the bar and restaurant was closed all day and night over weekends, hotel middle of no where so could not go out easily to get food!

Bathroom layout is awful. Sliding glass doors offer no privacy and are a pain to close.
Zero entry shower coupled with no door and a hand held wand meant that it flooded the entire bathroom.
The first room we were assigned smelled like stale urine and we asked o be moved which your staff did graciously.
Parking was more expensive than in downtown Berlin.

Good. Nice room. No checkin parking and a/c didn’t work. Hotel is tucked in the middle of an industrial park.

Good place to stay .. but...

THE NOT SO GOOD: expensive breakfast , no room service ?? , parking outside the building, room was cold for me and reception said not possible to do anything
