This property as well as one around the corner from it represents true Bavarian style. My room was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff was quite accommodating.
I had to ask the desk clerk, after I had searched for my room and couldn't find it to assist me. He did it with a smile and assisted with my luggage My German isn't very good, but with my translator app, we were able to communicate.
I LOVE this hotel and will stay here again when I return to Münich.

Great property, close to train station. Super easy to get downtown or to the airport. Like most places in Germany there's no air conditioning so maybe not a place to visit during hot times. Great breakfast and restaurant team. Staff very helpful.

Very nice room, modern facilities and well decorated, beds were very comfortable after a long day. Hotel itself was very nicely decorated and staff were extremely helpful and social.

The property was in a nice area and the furnishes were nice and comfortable.
The problem is my room was very small and compact - very uncomfortable (on the 3rd floor as the rooftop blocked much of the space). Furthermore, there's no elevator! I had to walk back and forth 3 floors with my luggage! Of course, no one from the staff offered any help. I think that if you own a hotel with no elevator, it is reasonable to employ a bellboy. Finally, the room was not clean enough, as there was dust on the shelves.

Wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant with great service.
Highly recommend.

The breakfast servers were great, however, the front desk attendants were not really very friendly.
Otherwise the facility is great.
