Good Basic , staff training needed
Hotel is good , well cared for and in a decent location. Be careful at check in I was double charged & it was impossible to get the receptionist to deal with the issue , when I proved their error . The refund was made the following day but to a long time to be credited to my bank .

Reception staff was great. Fairly good breakfast with a good amount of options. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was close and having a Rewe on the main floor was convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

Brilliant hotel for a short stay
The hotel itself was brilliant, just what we were looking for and only a short walk from the nearest S Bahn stop, the REWE downstairs was also very useful. Only gripe was noise pollution if we were being picky, the street outside was noisy pretty much 24 hours a day.

Room very clean . Breakfast good and plenty of choice . Hotel close to U Bahn. Shout out to Alessandro on reception at nighttime, very pleasant , friendly and helpful. Did his best to make sure we had the correct number of towels in our room.

Modern Oasis
All comfort in a spacious room provided with close to public transportation. The elevator is shared with the supermarket (REWE) which is very convenient :)

new hotel, but disappointing
shampoo in shower empty for 2 days! dirty towels placed back on rack for 3 days!, had to go to reception at night to get soap and towels!, no personal hygiene bags after first day?, german TV only !??, no english TV, hard narrow beds, no change of beds for 5 days, etc etc. We stay in many 3 star hotels, this was a disappointment. Post rules !!, ie: no bedclothes changed for 7 days, etc. Would have been nice to have paper cups in bath. There is no safe in room, so one has to take all monies, passports, valuables with one every day, not very safe!

This hotel was great as it was situated very near the S Bahn and had a grocery store, a Rewe, actually next door and you could access it through the ground floor lift! There was an Italian Cafe opposite but didnt find the service so friendly there! There was an Augustiner Restaurant a short walk away and food there was typical Bavarian. The hotel has a luggage room and a large communal area where you can sit and buy a coffee or tea from reception. Breakfast was 10 euros if you chose to have it but we didnt and would go into Marienplatz to a cafe instead.. The room was smallish but adequate and the view was of the car park. It could be a bit noisy at night with the other guests but nothing regularly and we got used to the S bahn noises and construction noise locally. There seems to be alot of new builds locally as the area is developing. Would visit again due to the convienience of S Bahn ,shop and cafe and was not far from the town centre on the S7 stop Mittersendling.
