It took until 11pm to get a crib for our 6 months old baby, even though we asked for it multiple times (starting at 3pm during check in). Reservation was screwed up too (2 rooms instead of 1 room for 2 adults and a baby). Out of three employees only one cared enough to even look for a crib. none of them was familiar with the hotel. Terrible experience!

Nothing was unique about this property. Most Hostels in other parts of Europe were better.
