"It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room "

"Very nice condo. I would have liked a second hair dryer in the second bathroom. Also it would have been nice to have a few extras like coffee and tea bags The tv was a very small flat screen Otherwise it was very nice and we would stay there again. "

"The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. "I’ll start with the positive. Beautiful space inside and out. Always had plenty of hot water and the grounds were peaceful and lovely. The code we had been given to unlock the keyless door, did not work. This meant we had to call the office to rectify after a VERY long travel day. It was fixed promptly though by the woman on the phone. The mattress was as hard as a rock and neither of us slept well on it all week (in fact I opted for the couch a few nights). "The property itself is lovely & secluded and the location is a 5 minute drive to everything in Sedona. Our room was cute (though there was a broken spring in the middle of the living room floor and NO HANGERS). This room (17) in particular provides a bit of additional lounging space outside along the creek which we took full advantage of - I am glad that we were in this room comparatively. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Staff Support We had a fantastic experience staying at Sky Ranch Lodge, and I can’t say enough about how helpful and caring the staff were—especially during a tough situation when our rental car had a tire blowout. The location itself is breathtaking, with incredible views of Sedona and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered everything we needed. But what truly stood out was the genuine support from the front desk and management—they went above and beyond to assist us when our car broke down. From helping with local contacts to simply checking in on us, their kindness really made a difference. It's rare to find such hospitality these days, and it left a lasting impression on me and my family. Sky Ranch Lodge isn’t just a beautiful place to stay—it’s run by people who care.
