The staff for our check-in was kind and helpful. The staff the remainder of our state was short and cold. There was also an issue with the pool and the AC was broken in the room. Less than ideal experience!

Nice stay
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsIt was a nice overall and very clean. We had a first floor room and oddly the window was cracked open and we didn't realize it until morning (which made us feel a little unsafe), The breakfast was ok but not great. Overall a good stay that is close to Ball State Univ.
