I have two bad experiences.
1. I was very thirsty and wanted to buy water from the reception late at night and all the receptionist said was she can’t accept card but cash. That’s weird, I have never experienced that in my life.
2. My reservation was for 3nights however I had an emergency and had to leave after the second night and wanted to see a possibility of refund since it was still 24hrs prior notice. I explained to the receptionist the situation, she told me nothing could be done with a straight face.
These experiences really frustrated my wife and I.
I loved the place but the services disappointed me.

the front desk girl was rude I requested a down stair room not once I call a couple times and they said it was all set getthere no rm. my Husband almost fell going up stairs and down when we left, I have a bad back abd knee and had to climb the steps to carry everything we needed with no help. and then we had to pay 100.00 dollar desposit.

Very good stay for the price. Breakfast was good; they had biscuits and gravy; a lot of places don't have any protein except milk for cereal. No waffles, though. The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, the mattress was firm, which is good if you like that.

Just didn’t feel very safe to me. Also there is a $100 deposit that I was not aware of I almost didn’t have enough to cover it. But it left me without that $100 cause it still hasn’t been returned to my account. I didn’t realize that when i booked it that it was check in at 3pm the next day but luckily they let me stay
