The room was outdated, no hot water for showers, towel rack was obviously broken off previously in the shower, lamp shade missing, coffee pot did not work properly.

The staff were decent and nice but the hotel smelled like an ashtray. The bathrooms are in ran down condition with rings of dirt around the tub.

Was not pet friendly. Check in process extremely slow. I was only one in line. Seems like they were still learning how to check in people.

Room was nice, but bathroom was well worn; tub & sink look like they need replacement.

Dirty, very low water pressure, noisy neighbors - staff said “ they are probably drinking” and we can’t do anything

I stayed for a week and they wouldn’t change out bed linens and it was hard to get clean towels. Pool was shut down. People were sitting outside drinking about night. Felt unsafe.

I feel like the property was dirty and had a weird smell. We went to breakfast and there was literally nothing out. There was no orange juice and the coffee was cold. There was very little food

Very low quality room. Trash can had leftover garbage with a used condom! Only waffles and cereal for free breakfast with luke warm coffee. Entire hotel had strong cleaner smell like trying to cover something. Will never stay here again!
