This hotel was trash and based on my experience here, I will never stay at a Baymont hotel again.

When we first arived the front door was busted and taped which left us feeling uneasy. Then when we arived in our room we noticed the place haden't been mainteneced for quite some time. The cheesy looking toilet despencr was about to fall off the wall. The water spout on the tub was sticking about an inch from the wall, and the wall around the hot tub was seperating and coming apart. the sheets were old and looked dirty. The only redeaming thing about this room was the hot tub but evenit had stains on the bottom of it which left you unsure to get in. Not to mention the tile around it was so slick I fell and cut my foot on the sharp edges. Worse experiance of a hotel stay I ever had.

The room was outdated, no hot water for showers, towel rack was obviously broken off previously in the shower, lamp shade missing, coffee pot did not work properly.

The staff were decent and nice but the hotel smelled like an ashtray. The bathrooms are in ran down condition with rings of dirt around the tub.

Was not pet friendly. Check in process extremely slow. I was only one in line. Seems like they were still learning how to check in people.

Room was nice, but bathroom was well worn; tub & sink look like they need replacement.
