A wonderful stay by the sea…excellent onsen.
Loved our stay. Superb staff and service. Onsen excellent with comfortable relaxation area. Very quiet with a view of ocean. Lounge was wonderful…everyone spent time there enjoying complimentary snack, beer (afternoon) and scotch etc in evening. Most were in their yukatas after visiting onsen. Only suggestion…rooms need updating and bathrooms. However they were clean and comfortable.

お風呂は綺麗でしたがはスーパー銭湯のようでした 食事はバイキングで普通かな？ 飲み放題という点では飲める方にはいいです スタッフの対応は普通に良かったです。

スタッフと対応も素晴らしく、部屋に入ると布団もすでにセッティングされており、部屋からの眺めも良く最高でした。 朝ごはんも7時は混雑してますが、少し待てば落ち着いて食べれたしドーナツやわたあめの機会も置いてあり、小さいお子様連れにもオススメです！

トリバゴから洋室表記での予約。実際に予約されてたのは和室でした。急なお願いで申し訳なかったのですが、足が思うように動かない為布団の和室ではなく洋室に変更して欲しい事を伝えると嫌な様子を見せず対応していただけました。面倒なお願いだったので感謝しかありません。ホテルは全体的に清潔感あり。静かな場所に建ててあるのでぐっすり眠れます。空調による全館管理？の為か室温は自分にはやや暑く感じましたが、季節によっては快適に感じると思います。

子供連れで家族で宿泊しました。 また泊まりたいと思う素敵な場所でした。 事前予約が必要になりますが、 東郷駅まで送迎バスを頼むこともできます。 ラウンジではお酒やソフトドリンク、 お菓子の提供があり、大人も子供も リラックスして楽しめました(^^) ビュッフェのお料理は品数も多く、 多国料理でとても充実していました。 どのお料理も美味しかったです。 ホテルから東郷駅に向かう際、 宗像大社に寄りたいというお願いにも 快く引き受けてくださって おかげさまでお参りすることができました。 大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。
