I have ordered for king size bed and one fullon but was provided with two single beds and there was no water provided

Dear Sir,We regret the inconvenience. As per our hotel policy, option of twin bed or double bed is subject to availability. A futon bed is provided in case of triple occupancy. Its mentioned to show the configuration of the room.

Think twice before booking..

Location is good. Cleanliness of pantry as well as hotel in general, attitude of staff, quality of food, quality of complimentary breakfast, all need drastic improvement. Keeping in mind that hotel is used by patients, cleanliness is very important. Moreover, they do the serve even a glass of water from 1030pm to 730am which causes great inconvenience. If owners wake up to reality, a lot can be done with this otherwise horrible hotel.

Pros: The staff, particularly the main security guard, were very helpful with directions
Cons: When the renovations are complete it should be fine. But toilet paper would be nice.
Location: It's not really near much, but the area is nice for wandering around and getting the feel of the city.
The hotel was difficult to find, but that's not their fault. The room was essentially as advertised but smaller than expected. I can't help but expect toilet paper in a hotel bathroom, and was disappointed here. They are renovating so there was a moderate amount of noise but nothing unreasonable. Overall it didn't stand out. A little pricey for what you get maybe, but good staff make this easy to overlook.

Pretty decent hotel with no so great location and facilities. Good to stay only if you're low on cash.
