A wonderful small 4 start hotel. Ideal for business trips. Good reasonable breakfast spread and good restaurant for dining. staff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is very good not too far from airport and central for shopping around Juhu with number of famous designers in the vicinity.

Fantastic stay . Arranged hotel car to collect me from airport and drop me back after which was all arranged smoothly. Comfortable rooms with lovely big bathrooms . Pool and sun loungers were fab to have for a break from the city and the breakfast selection was divine ! I loved the chai tea station . All staff were super helpful and friendly !

Housekeeping was amazing, very hardworking and hospitable staff cleaning and dining staff. Some of the front desk staff were not as helpful as others. The Hyatt Centric hotel in Juhu is simply amazing. The staff at the hotel may have been the best I've ever seen. From how we were greeted upon a late night arrival or the local food recommendations the staff was always helpful. The rooms were simply amazing. Our room was very modern, clean, and spacious. The food options within the hotel itself were good and if you need some local street food you have lots of options near by. Juhu beach is right there as well. We will 100% be staying here again on our next trip to Mumbai!

I booked this hotel as there is a roof top pool bar etc as advertised. However, small pool no bar, no shaded areas to relax by the pool. Hugely dissapointed. Masala tea at bfast time, i request less milk no sugar and every day get the same milky tea, they just did not understand. I should have spoken to the chef. But i donot like to complain when it is to do with food. Staff were friendly. Room cleaning was good. But they take dressing gown and not replace...

Our stay was amazing . Everything at the hotel matched our expectations. The check in was quick and smooth The food was great - the food and beverage manager Mr Singh was very good humble and professional. All the staff were super great Renuka + Tejal very amazing- keep it up The Bar man - Shaun was extremely great. Keep up the good work Shaun . Cleanliness of staff is not great. Dirty glasses and bad restaurant. Food is horrible, go to outside restaurant. This best a 3 star hotel, more like a short stay motel, good for one night not long stay. Worst Hyatt I ever stayed at. There are better option around Juhu, Novotel and JW.

This is more of a run down 2 star hotel, it smells, it’s not clean, there’s a below average restaurant downstairs with the same room service menu almost. The lobby has one sofa and a table and it’s dark. The house keeping staff are loud. They’re slow in service
