Value for money

Pros: location
Cons: room a/c position
Location: you can see 1) tugareshwer temple 2) suruchi beach 3) vasai fort
would say value for money as near to western express highway ( 2 kms ) and staff was good & good room service, two thumps up

Pros: Cooperative staff and cleanliness
Cons: A number of things e.g. wifi, network, food quality, boundaries within the room to create a divide, my room lock was not working which was not fixed
Location: Surrounding areas are too chaotic, full or small industrial set ups which is the biggest turn off however there are good places to visit too
Average hotel with average facilities & leaves multiple scope for improvement though the staff is generally very helpful & people at the front desk too are cooperative & well behaved which makes up for a number of shortcomings that one can make out after entering this hotel. The WI-FI is quite weak and goes off quite often leaving you rely on your own resources as it has anyways usage limit so anyone who intend to go there for a business trip need to carry their own internet devices as otherwise one may face a hard time as surrounding areas too seem to have more of industrial set ups and do not seem conducive for business travellers. To add to the difficulty the mobile network is poor due to which the phone calls often drop & voice quality is really terrible as it made me struggle to connect and talk on phone due to frequent call drops and breaking up of voice. The construction and design leaves a lot to be questioned as within the room the boundaries being erected to create a divide is not understandable and can be an issue for tall people & for those who travel with small kids. It anyways restricts one's free movement within the room itself which is quite inconvenient. Food quality is just OK however South Indian food items are definitely way better than the north Indian stuffs. The biggest downside is the surrounding areas so a thought of relaxing by sipping your cup of coffee next to window may ultimately prompt you to turn away your gaze from the view outside.

Wifi not strong. Room service was slow. Never use their laundry services.
